Generator Heating System

Generator heating systems use an engine block heater to warm the engine to increase the chances that the engine will start as well as warm up the generator faster than it normally would in extremely cold weather. This allows generator sets to take up load quickly in an emergency.

The heater element is connected to the engine’s cooling system in line with one of the radiator or heater hoses, which then keeps most of the engine warm. For certain engine options, we offer an element that connects directly into the block to heat up the engine oil.
